Good posture

Good posture is a lifelong habit that pays dividends everyday. It is worth the effort to look at your own posture. Improving your posture can improve your life both physically and psychologically.

Lose weight

A few years ago, I was very surprised that I was considered to be overweight according to the Body Mass Index (BMI). I resolved then and there to lose the extra pounds. I was successful and several years later the weight is still off. These are some of the lessons I learnt.
